How long will it take to provide a hardwood floor quote?
I will arrange a time with you to view your wood floors after receiving your request email. On some occasions, I may be able to provide an estimate over the phone or via email. Providing as many details in your email along with a picture of your floors will help me to provide an estimate without a home wood floor inspection.
Who will be visiting my home to provide a quote?
The owner of Vancouver Island Floor Finishing, Matt Wilson, personally completes all stages of work including quotations and inspections. Matt is a veteran wood floor expert and father of one young boy.
How can I be sure of the quality of work?
Owner-operator Matt, Is a veteran of the wood floor industry with 20 years experience. Matt completes all stages of work to a high level as set out by wood flooring associations and his own eye for detail. Island floor finishing holds a city license and full public liability insurance.
